About the Role
As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing. This position is designed for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering first-time quality work while maintaining responsibility for the safety and quality of work performed by apprentice plumbers.
You will be the bridge between technical execution and team development. Your day will involve precisely installing drain-waste-vent systems, water lines, tub sets, and gas lines according to code and company standards. Beyond the installation, you will invest in the next generation of tradespeople by providing direction, guidance, and feedback to apprentices. You will also ensure projects are meticulously staged and prepared by reading plans and gathering materials before the work begins.
