About the Role

As a Plumber II, you play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing. This position goes beyond technical execution; you are responsible for maintaining the safety and quality of work performed by apprentice plumbers. You will serve as a mentor, providing direction, guidance, and feedback to help trainees grow while demonstrating a strong work ethic and pride in first-time quality.

Your day involves interpreting job site prints and builder start packs to stage and layout materials for each project. You will ensure adherence to state codes and company quality standards while managing the physical demands of the job, including working in various weather conditions and environments. Collaboration is key, as you will communicate daily with superintendents and build strong relationships with team members across all trades.
