About the Role
As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing while ensuring the safety and quality of work performed by apprentice plumbers. This position is designed for someone who takes pride in their craft, delivers first-time quality work, and is dedicated to the training and development of the next generation of tradespeople.
You will be responsible for interpreting job site prints and builder start packs to precisely install drain-waste-vent systems, water lines, tub sets, gas lines, and pump installations according to code and company standards. Your day will involve diligently staging materials, maintaining a professional and organized jobsite, and communicating effectively with superintendents and team members during daily huddles. Beyond the technical work, you will serve as a mentor, providing guidance and feedback to apprentices to help them grow their skills.
We offer a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to significant projects across the region.
