As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing. This position is designed for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering first-time quality work while maintaining responsibility for the safety and quality of work performed by apprentice plumbers.
In this role, you will interpret job site prints and builder start packs to precisely install drain-waste-vent systems, water lines, tub sets, gas lines, and pump installations according to code. You will serve as a mentor, providing direction, guidance, and feedback to apprentices while investing in their training and development. Your day will involve diligently preparing for projects by staging materials, organizing the jobsite and truck, and communicating cooperatively with superintendents and team members across all trades.
We offer a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while working on-site.
