As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing. This position goes beyond technical execution; you are responsible for maintaining the safety and quality of work performed by apprentice plumbers. You will serve as a mentor, providing direction, guidance, and feedback to help trainees develop their skills while ensuring all projects meet state codes and company quality standards.
Your day will involve interpreting job site prints and builder start packs to stage materials and layout projects efficiently. You will collaborate daily with superintendents and team members across all trades, communicating cooperatively to meet project needs. From maintaining a professional and clean jobsite to completing necessary paperwork on time, you will live out our core values by demonstrating a strong work ethic and delivering first-time quality work.
