As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing. This position is designed for a motivated professional who not only executes high-quality work but also takes responsibility for the safety and development of apprentice plumbers under their supervision. You will be the bridge between technical execution and team growth, ensuring that every project meets strict code requirements while mentoring the next generation of tradespeople.
Your day will involve precisely installing drain-waste-vent systems, water lines, tub sets, gas lines, and pumps. Beyond the installation itself, you will interpret job site prints and builder start packs to stage materials and prepare for every aspect of the project. You will maintain a professional appearance by organizing and cleaning the jobsite and truck daily, while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaboration is key; you will communicate daily with superintendents and build strong relationships with team members across all trades.
