As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing. This position goes beyond technical execution; you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality while guiding the next generation of tradespeople. You will serve as a mentor to apprentice plumbers, providing direction, feedback, and training to help them grow their skills.
Your day-to-day involves precisely installing drain-waste-vent systems, water lines, tub sets, gas lines, and pumps in strict adherence to state codes and company quality standards. You will interpret job site prints and builder start packs to stage materials and prepare for every aspect of the project. Collaboration is key, as you will communicate daily with superintendents and build strong relationships with team members across all trades. We value a steady work ethic, requiring you to maintain excellent attendance, keep the jobsite and truck organized, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
