About the Role
As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing while maintaining responsibility for the safety and quality of work performed by apprentice plumbers. This position is designed for a motivated individual who takes pride in first-time quality work and is eager to invest in the training and development of the next generation of tradespeople.
In this role, you will interpret job site prints and builder start packs to stage and layout materials for each project. You will serve as a daily point of contact for the superintendent and other trades, ensuring harmonious collaboration across the job site. Your day-to-day involves not only precise installation of drain-waste-vent systems, water lines, and gas lines but also providing direction, guidance, and feedback to apprentices. You will maintain a professional appearance by organizing and cleaning the jobsite and truck daily, while ensuring strict adherence to state codes and company safety standards.
