About the Role
As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing. This position goes beyond individual craftsmanship; you are responsible for maintaining the safety and quality of work performed by apprentice plumbers. You will serve as a mentor, providing direction, guidance, and feedback to help trainees grow while demonstrating a strong work ethic and first-time quality standards.
Your day involves precisely installing drain-waste-vent systems, water lines, tub sets, gas lines, and pumps according to code and company quality standards. You will interpret job site prints and builder start packs to stage materials and prepare for every aspect of the project. Collaboration is key, as you will communicate daily with superintendents and build relationships with team members across all trades. You will also ensure the jobsite and truck remain organized and clean, adhering to strict safety protocols and company core values.
Schedule & Culture
Enjoy a steady Monday to Friday schedule with no nights or weekends. This role is based on-site and may involve travel to out-of-town or out-of-state projects. You will work in various environments, including outdoor weather conditions, loud noises, and confined spaces, requiring physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver materials.
