We are looking for a dedicated, dependable, and mechanically inclined Plant Technician to support our San Augustine, TX satellite plant. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in physical work, operates with safety and precision, and enjoys being part of a strong team.
You will support daily plant operations, product handling, loading, blending, equipment checks, housekeeping, and quality standards to help ensure every customer order is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. While working physically on-site at the San Augustine facility, you will stay connected to the Henderson, TX parent facility for communication, operational support, training, and accountability.
This is a 40-hour per week, day shift position, including weekends, with the ability to flex up when needed.
