The Operations Leadership Development Program - Emerging Leader is designed to cultivate the next generation of manufacturing leaders. This rotational role provides on-the-job training across multiple manufacturing plant locations, specifically supporting converting production departments. The program focuses on developing leaders who can direct engineering and continuous improvement projects, ensuring quality production and maximum efficiencies while fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
As an Emerging Leader, you will serve as a bridge between engineering concepts and shop-floor execution. You will plan and assign work, enforce policies and procedures, and recommend improvements to production methods. The position requires active participation in team activities and the facilitation of daily goal setting to achieve safety, quality, and productivity metrics. You will be responsible for coaching production operators, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment that reflects the organization's core values.
