About the Role
The QUIKRETE® Companies is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at our state-of-the-art Engineering & Technical Center in Johns Creek, Georgia. As a senior member of our Quality Assurance team, you will lead efforts ensuring our products consistently meet Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) performance standards. Your work will span the entire product lifecycle, from raw material qualification through finished product development, while directly supporting our manufacturing facilities, sales teams, and customers.
In this role, you will drive product quality, consistency, and cost across our operations. You will utilize process and quality data to identify improvement opportunities, evaluate product issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and establish robust quality specifications and QC protocols. Your day-to-day will involve designing and overseeing laboratory experiments to qualify new raw materials and suppliers, optimizing plant formulations for performance and cost efficiency, and leading manufacturing quality audits. You will also support manufacturing plants through troubleshooting, QC training, and formula management, collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure product integrity from raw material sourcing through shipment.
