About the Role
The Plant Support Engineer serves as a critical technical resource, providing expertise and operational support across a broad spectrum of plant systems. From valves and rotating equipment to HVAC, chillers, and thermal-hydraulic applications, this role ensures the reliability and safety of our facilities. You will be the engineering point of contact for the online work week schedule, resolving engineering holds and supporting emergent issues to maintain efficient plant operations.
In this position, you will lead the interpretation of complex technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and perform equipment condition assessments. Your work will directly impact the plant's safety and efficiency by delivering engineering input for operability evaluations, post-work testing, and minor design modifications. Success in this role requires a collaborative spirit, as you will influence outcomes and build effective working relationships across organizational boundaries to solve operating challenges.

Requirements
