This Plant Production position is a cornerstone of our dairy processing facility, where you will operate, manage, and solve problems within a collaborative team environment. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling everything from ingredient and bulk material management to machine operation and product manufacturing. Success in this role requires a keen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to food safety and personal safety protocols.

This is a full-time role featuring 12-hour shifts. The schedule is dynamic, including night shifts, rotating schedules, and mandatory work on weekends and holidays. Candidates must be fully available for these hours to succeed. The role involves significant physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, twisting, and climbing steps or ladders. A physical capacity profile test and pre-employment drug screen are required to ensure safety and capability.
Interested candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to read and understand written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The selection process begins with a required skills test. Only candidates who successfully complete this testing will be scheduled for interviews. We look for strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
