About the Role
We are looking for an ideal Plant Operator to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment at our facility in Dagsboro, DE. The successful candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and professional, with experience in plant operation and maintenance. You will be responsible for keeping the plant running efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols and production schedules.
Your day will involve performing daily greasing and oil checks on crushers and screens, inspecting screen media for proper condition, and conducting daily guarding inspections. You will keep the operating booth and walkways clean, report any maintenance or spillage issues to the superintendent, and fill out necessary paperwork daily. Additionally, you may be called upon to assist workers in solving production problems and suggest changes to increase the efficiency of quarry operations.

Requirements
