We are seeking a motivated Plant Equipment Operator to join our team in Moses Lake. This role is critical for maintaining the continuous flow of our sulfur processing operations. As a self-starter and problem solver, you will be the eyes and ears of the plant, ensuring that pastillation equipment runs smoothly and safely.
In this position, you will work within a 24/7 manufacturing environment, balancing indoor and outdoor duties across all weather conditions. Your day will involve operating and monitoring complex sulfur forming equipment, adjusting process parameters to maintain optimal performance, and performing routine inspections. You will collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot issues, maintain a clean and waste-free worksite, and uphold the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.
Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive pre-employment screening, which includes a drug screen and reference checking. Please note that a clean-shaven face is required to pass the mandatory respirator fit-test.
