About the Role
As a Flex Driver, you will play a vital role in our operations by hauling essential products such as DEF, oil, and diesel to and from designated customer locations in and around central Oklahoma. This position requires utilizing a variety of Class A equipment, including flatbeds, step-decks, and tankers.
Beyond transportation, you will serve as a technical advisor to our customers, applying your knowledge of industrial lubricants, diesel fuel, and their specific applications. You will also be responsible for verifying and processing shipment documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role demands adaptability in dynamic situations, whether working independently or as part of a team, and requires the physical stamina to perform job functions in inclement weather while wearing Personal Protective Equipment.
Schedule and Location
This position is based out of El Reno, Oklahoma, with travel to various work locations as needed by the business. We offer flexible scheduling options to suit your needs:
- Rotating Schedule: 5 days on/2 days off, followed by 5 days on/3 days off.
- Extended Schedule: An option to work 3 weeks on/1 week off.
All shifts are 12 hours long, with both day and night shifts available.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. The selection process includes a DOT physical (or "Fit for Duty" exam), a drug test, and a background check. Successful applicants must demonstrate the ability to speak, read, and write English.
