About the Role
As a Lubricant Truck Driver, you will play a critical role in our operations by hauling various products to and from designated customer locations. You will operate a variety of Class A equipment, including flatbeds, step-decks, and tankers. Beyond transportation, you will serve as a technical advisor to customers, applying your knowledge of industrial lubricants and their specific applications to ensure their needs are met. The role also involves verifying and processing all necessary shipment documents to maintain operational integrity.
This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will navigate between locations in West Texas (Midland/Odessa, Pecos, Orla) and southeast New Mexico (Carlsbad, Jal, Hobbs). You will work on a rotational schedule of 15 days on and 6 days off, with shifts available during both day and night hours. The role requires the ability to adapt effectively in dynamic situations and perform job functions while wearing Personal Protective Equipment, even in inclement weather.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be willing to travel to work locations to be considered for employment. The selection process includes a DOT physical or "Fit for Duty" exam, a drug test, and a background check. Successful applicants will also be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
