As a Plant Care Specialist, you will be the face of our commitment to enhancing lives through nature. Your primary purpose is to visit various customer sites daily to provide expert care for plants, ensuring they thrive in their environments. You will perform trained tasks such as grooming, rotating, watering, pruning, trimming, and removing debris from planters. A key part of your day involves gauging soil moisture accurately and fertilizing as needed, all while preventing damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpets, and furniture from water or moisture.
Beyond routine maintenance, you will assist with a variety of plantscape installations, including interior or exterior container gardens and wall-mounted systems. You will also collaborate with a team to decorate buildings for the holidays and remove decorations at the end of the season. Additionally, you will maintain scenting and air purification equipment to ensure a pleasant environment for our clients. This role requires solid communication and critical problem-solving skills as you interact with customers and recognize opportunities to grow the business.
