As a Planning Administrator 2 within the Supply Chain Management team, you will operate in a dynamic environment where considerable judgment and initiative are required to resolve complex problems. This role is designed for an expert who can determine the best methods to complete assignments, often going beyond standard departmental goals to impact broader organizational objectives.
In this position, you will serve as a key interface between planning, manufacturing, and customers. Your day-to-day involves assisting Associate Planners with shop orders, ensuring data integrity, and managing materials requirements planning for lower-value components. You will coordinate production lines according to customer requirements, track efficiency, and manage smaller planning projects such as Field Replacement Units, including customer communication and shipment coordination. The role demands a high level of accuracy in maintaining reports, initiating cycle counts, and ensuring that planning parameters are set correctly to meet customer commitments.
You will work with minimum supervision, providing functional guidance to others and building internal and external relationships to solve problems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
