The Lead-Pickleball serves as the strategic and operational leader for the club's pickleball ecosystem. This role is designed to elevate the member experience by managing the full spectrum of programming, from high-energy tournaments and leagues to welcoming open play and introductory clinics. You will act as the bridge between the sport's growth and the club's broader corporate racquet sports strategy, ensuring that pickleball offerings are not only operationally sound but also a vibrant part of the community culture.
In this position, you will spend your days on and off the court, teaching revenue-generating programs while fostering relationships through non-revenue activities. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the logistics of scheduling and billing, scouting and mentoring staff, and collaborating with leadership to drive marketing initiatives that bring members together. Whether you are running a mixer or refining the program's strategic direction, your goal is to create an inclusive, exciting environment where players of all ages can thrive.
