About the Role
As a Pickleball Coach, you will be the face of our sport, responsible for delivering best-in-class instruction and customer service. This role is designed for a professional who can independently manage their schedule while fostering strong relationships with members and prospects. You will instruct a variety of lesson types for adults and juniors across all skill levels, ensuring every participant receives a high-quality experience.
Beyond instruction, you will play an active role in promoting the company and helping members discover new programming. Your day-to-day involves maintaining a neat working environment, communicating effectively with the Pickleball Director and fellow coaches, and ensuring you are always prepared with the necessary resources to teach on time. You will be expected to present a professional appearance and wear SPORTIME attire as required.
