Reporting to the Mining Manager, the Mining Production Superintendent - Haulage position is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of material across Pilgangoora's open pit operations. You will lead a large team of supervisors and operators across multiple FIFO crews to deliver against scheduled production targets. This role sits within the Mining Manager's leadership team and plays a critical part in the operational ramp-up of one of Australia's most significant hard rock lithium operations, requiring close collaboration across drill and blast, loading, mine control, and mobile maintenance functions.
The Haulage Superintendent is both a technically capable mining professional and a people leader who sets the standard for safety culture, operational discipline, and team performance across the haulage function. This is a permanent full-time role based at our Pilgangoora Operation in the Pilbara region, operating on an 8:6, 4:3 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO.
