LHH is seeking experienced Physician Schedulers to support a large-scale scheduling and payroll integration initiative. This fully remote opportunity is designed for candidates with a strong background in high-volume provider scheduling and healthcare operations.
In this critical role, you will ensure scheduling accuracy and timecard alignment during a system go-live and stabilization period. You will play a vital part in ensuring accurate scheduling data flows seamlessly into payroll while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The position requires managing detailed, minute-by-minute schedule changes and handling large volumes of shift adjustments to maintain audit readiness.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates within the United States. Candidates located in Mountain or Pacific time zones are preferred. While the role operates during standard business hours, flexibility is available to accommodate specific scheduling needs.
