About the Role
Join our AI & Engineering practice to support hospital billing operations in a role focused on claim accuracy, timely reimbursement, and revenue cycle performance. As an Epic Billing and Accounts Receivable Manager, you will help deliver back-end revenue cycle management (RCM) services for healthcare provider clients. This includes overseeing billing and claims submission, A/R follow-up, denials management, payment posting, and credits and refunds.
In this position, you will analyze, plan, and implement organizational systems and processes to improve hospital billing and A/R operations. You will lead operational and financial analysis initiatives, maintain knowledge bases of operational SOPs, and manage staff performance, training, and development. Acting as a line of escalation for high-priority, complex accounts, you will interact with third-party payers and client stakeholders to resolve barriers and implement remediation strategies. You will also monitor work queues in Epic and other technology systems, collaborate with client leadership to address operational trends, and stay current on insurance regulations and coding standards.
