About the Role
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join our outpatient practice in San Antonio. This position offers a 100% outpatient environment where you will manage a patient volume of 20–24 patients per day.
The role is designed to support a sustainable work-life balance with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A half-day each week is built into the schedule specifically for administrative tasks and personal time.
