About the Role

As a Credentialing Support Specialist, you will provide essential clerical support to the EHMG Medical Staff Services (MSS) team. This role is vital to maintaining the integrity of our provider network, assisting with credentialing, re-credentialing, provider maintenance, and payer enrollment. You will work collaboratively to determine provider eligibility, analyze applications for completeness, and ensure all compliance documents are current and accurate.

In this position, you will manage correspondence with insurance companies, patients, and physicians while conducting audits of credentialing files. Your work ensures that provider numbers are correctly established and linked, and that CAQH profiles are up to date. You will also participate in weekly team meetings and assist with special projects, compiling data, and preparing reports to support the broader mission of our healthcare services.
