About the Role
We are seeking an adaptable, collaborative team player for a Daytime Hospitalist opportunity in Fargo, ND. In this role, you will manage an average of 14-17 patients per hospitalist within a 140-bed facility featuring a closed ICU. The position offers a supportive infrastructure with access to specialty care and 24/7 intensivist support, and no procedures are required.
You will enjoy a flexible 7/7 on/off scheduling model, allowing for significant time away from the hospital. The role is designed for physicians who wish to spend meaningful time with patients while benefiting from a structured, supportive team dynamic.

Fargo is centrally located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, approximately 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul. The Fargo-Moorhead area boasts a population over 200,000, offering a high quality of life with affordable living, excellent schools, and diverse recreational opportunities. Our regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals, ensuring a robust network of care.
