About the Role
This Daytime Hospitalist position offers a unique opportunity to practice in a supportive setting with no procedural requirements. You will manage an average patient load of 14-17 patients, ensuring high standards of care while enjoying flexible scheduling options on a 7/7 on & off rotation. The role is designed for adaptable, collaborative team players who value spending meaningful time with patients.
You will have access to robust support systems, including specialty services and 24/7 intensivist coverage. The hospital features 140 beds and a closed ICU, serving a regional area that includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.
About the Location
Fargo is centrally located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, approximately 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul. The Fargo-Moorhead area boasts a population over 200,000, offering a high quality of life with affordable living, excellent schools, and diverse recreational opportunities.
