CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic is seeking to expand its dedicated team of physicians in the Alamo Ranch area of San Antonio, TX. Currently comprising five physicians, the group is hiring one additional Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative environment focused on serving the diverse communities of San Antonio, New Braunfels, and South Texas.
Since 1869, the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System has grown alongside the region it serves. As the only Catholic faith-based, non-profit health care system in the area, the organization is defined by its people—from award-winning medical staff and compassionate nurses to dedicated ancillary teams. The mission extends to serving patients from all economic backgrounds, addressing needs ranging from minor ailments to complex care.
This position offers a 100% outpatient practice in a new clinic setting. The physician will manage a patient volume of 18–22 patients per day, working a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role includes a built-in half-day each week dedicated to administrative tasks and personal time, ensuring a sustainable work-life balance.
Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. This opportunity is designed for a physician looking to join a stable, growing system with a strong commitment to community health and compassionate care.
