As the leader of a Care Team, the Primary Care Physician works alongside MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and ancillary staff to make a difference for every patient, every time. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician focuses on improving the overall health of the community by delivering acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare.
About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a care team in Central North Dakota. You will join an established patient base with significant room for growth, supported by a great team of strong mentors. The role provides access to numerous medical and surgical specialties within the Essentia Health network and utilizes the EPIC electronic health record system. The position is full-time, consisting of 32-36 patient contact hours per week, with an average of 16-20 patients seen daily.
