About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Physician to join our brand new Primary Care team in Allendale, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
You will manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care across all age groups in a modern, supportive facility. The new office will feature on-site Urgent Care and X-Ray services, allowing for a full-spectrum primary care experience. You will work alongside a collaborative team of two physicians and two APPs in a highly supportive environment.
Your day will be structured to prioritize both patient care and professional well-being. You will enjoy 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of protected administrative time, spread over 4 to 4.5 days per week. The office operates Monday through Friday, offering flexibility to build a schedule that supports work-life balance. Additionally, you will participate in a shared unrestricted call with family medicine physicians across the medical group to ensure a manageable call burden.
For those interested in education, there are opportunities to engage in teaching Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows. You will utilize advanced digital tools like Epic and MyChart to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on quality improvement initiatives and community health efforts.
