We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Associate Division Head. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact on the health of our community by supporting the Division Head in strategic planning, goal setting, and the execution of divisional initiatives. You will assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workflow oversight, and policy implementation, while providing leadership and mentorship to faculty and staff.
You will work within a supportive team environment, collaborating with skilled physicians, nurse practitioners, and dedicated support staff. The position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to utilize advanced digital tools like Epic and MyChart to enhance work-life balance and patient care. You will represent the division in meetings, committees, and cross-functional collaborations, stepping in for the Division Head as needed to ensure continuity of leadership.
