About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Physician to join our brand new Primary Care team in Allendale, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health of our community while working in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
You will manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care across all age groups in a modern, supportive facility. The new office will feature on-site Urgent Care and X-Ray services, allowing for a full-spectrum primary care experience. You will work alongside a collaborative team of two physicians and two APPs in a highly supportive environment.
Your day will be balanced, featuring 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of protected administrative time, spread over 4 to 4.5 days per week. The office operates Monday through Friday, offering flexibility to build a schedule that supports work-life balance. You will participate in shared unrestricted call with family medicine physicians across the medical group to ensure a manageable call burden. If interested, you will also have opportunities to engage in teaching Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows.
