This Physician Assistant will join an interdisciplinary team to perform daily rounds alongside fellows, residents, and students. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, managing admissions and discharges, and leading family meetings. Beyond clinical duties, the PA will actively participate in research and quality improvement projects. The program offers robust educational opportunities, including critical care grand rounds, teaching rounds, journal clubs, case conferences, and morbidity and mortality reviews.
