About the Role
As a Physician Assistant in the Surgical Pre-Testing department at Rochester General Hospital, you will leverage your superior interpersonal and empathetic skills to provide essential medical services to patients. This full-time, day-shift role (Monday–Friday) focuses on the critical pre-operative phase of surgical care. You will serve as a key interface for patients, requiring a high degree of emotional maturity to successfully navigate interactions with diverse constituencies and facilitate group problem-solving. The position demands an independent worker who is accustomed to clear accountability and reporting, ensuring seamless coordination within the surgical team.
