About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Physician Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to adults and seniors, managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, CHF, and COPD. You will collaborate closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-touch, evidence-based care.
