About the Role
We are seeking Physician Assistants to partner with us as independent contractors, providing essential health readiness services to Military Service members. Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), your work directly supports the medical and dental requirements necessary to maintain a deployable force for the U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, Navy Reserve, Marine Forces Reserve, Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and Air Force Reserve.
This role is primarily weekend-based, with occasional weekday availability on an "as needed" basis within a specific state. You will serve as a bridge for better health, conducting physical health assessments, reviewing medical histories, and interviewing personnel to identify immediate concerns, including behavioral health issues. Your findings will be documented in service members' medical records using a proprietary system to determine readiness classifications.
