About the Role
We are seeking Physician Assistants to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service Members. Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), you will provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements necessary to maintain a deployable military force for the U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy Reserve, U.S. Marine Forces Reserve, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve.
This role is primarily weekend-based, with occasional weekdays as needed, located within the State of Arkansas. You will serve as a bridge for better health, supporting physical health assessments, reviewing medical records, and interviewing personnel to identify immediate concerns, including behavioral health. Your work ensures that service members meet their readiness classifications using our proprietary systems.
