About the Role
We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our senior community. This per diem position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose your patients and tailor your work to your availability.
In this role, you will provide in-home physical therapy visits, conducting evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments. You will play a vital part of the care team by documenting progress accurately and communicating effectively to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
