As a Physical Therapist with Powerback, you will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether in a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility, our "Powerback Rehabilitation To You" model allows you to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible.
Your day will involve assessing patient needs, developing individualized therapy programs to restore and enhance performance, and instructing patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence. You will collaborate with other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs, adapt treatment plans to individual capabilities, and ensure a safe environment. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in various settings, putting patient service first in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
