About the Role

This Physical Therapist position is based in Phillipsburg, NJ, serving the ALF, ILF, and community-based populations. You will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting, whether that be a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility. Through Powerback Rehabilitation To You, you will evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible—their own home.

In this role, you will develop and deliver individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. You will identify the need for referrals to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs and instruct patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence. Your work will focus on diminishing or correcting pathology while directing activities to promote and maintain health. This position offers a flexible schedule and work environment across various settings.
