About the Role

As a Physical Therapist in our Mobile Outpatient Therapy program, you will primarily provide rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether in a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility, Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows you to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible: their home.

You will assess patient needs, develop individualized therapy programs to restore and enhance performance, and instruct patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in various settings, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
