About the Role

As a Physical Therapist with Powerback, you will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether in a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility, our "Powerback Rehabilitation To You" model allows you to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible: their home.

In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop, and deliver individualized physical therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. You will instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence and productivity. Your work will focus on diminishing or correcting pathology and directing activities to promote and maintain health. This position offers a flexible schedule and work environment, allowing you to make a tangible difference in the lives of those you serve.
