About the Role
Powerback is a new way of delivering recovery, rehabilitation, respiratory, and wellness services to patients across the nation. We deliver an empowered approach to achieving your full potential by providing integrated and individualized solutions. Our reimagined approach to rehabilitation connects directly to the patient experience, which is centered on transforming the road to recovery for everyone and helping patients get their power back.
As a Physical Therapist in our Mobile Outpatient Therapy program, you will primarily provide rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Your patient base will be a mix of residents in Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) and private residential communities across Woburn, Burlington, Bedford, Lexington, Winchester, and Stoneham. This role allows you to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment—their own home—restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing their performance while promoting independence and productivity.
