Powerback is reimagining recovery and rehabilitation by delivering an empowered approach to achieving patients' full potential. Our integrated and individualized solutions are centered on transforming the road to recovery, helping patients feel better, move better, breathe better, and live better.
As a Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will primarily provide rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether in a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility, you will evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible. This role allows you to assess needs, develop individualized therapy programs, and instruct patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence. You will work collaboratively with other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs, ensuring a sustainable path to wellness.
We support your growth and well-being from day one. Our Clinical Mentorship Program pairs new graduates with experienced leaders, while free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through Medbridge keep your expertise current. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans, generous paid time off, and exclusive perks ranging from insurance discounts to employee recognition rewards.
