As a Physical Therapist with Powerback, you will primarily provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether in a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility, you will evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible. Your work involves assessing needs, developing, and delivering individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. You will instruct patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence and productivity, aiming to diminish or correct pathology. This position offers a flexible schedule and work environment, allowing you to make a tangible difference in the lives of those you serve.
