Whether in a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility, our "Powerback Rehabilitation To You" model allows you to evaluate and treat patients in the most functional environment possible: their home.
In this role, you will assess patient needs, develop, and deliver individualized physical therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. You will instruct and train patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence and productivity, aiming to diminish or correct pathology. Your work will direct activities that promote and maintain health, ensuring a flexible schedule and work environment across various settings.
You will collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team to select the most appropriate therapeutic regimen, adapting plans of care to meet the unique needs of each individual. By putting patient service first, you will ensure that patients and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes their individual needs and rights.
We look for passionate professionals ready to make a difference. Our application process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. Once you apply, our team will review your qualifications and reach out to discuss your experience and how you might fit into our mission. We are committed to finding the right talent to join our family and support our patients.
