Powerback is reimagining the delivery of recovery, rehabilitation, and wellness services through an empowered, patient-centered approach. This role focuses on delivering outpatient rehabilitation services primarily in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether in a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility, you will provide care in the most functional environment possible.
As a Physical Therapist with Powerback, you will evaluate and treat patients to facilitate rehabilitation, developing and delivering individualized programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Your work involves instructing and training patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence, while directing activities to maintain health and safety. You will collaborate with the broader rehabilitation team to select appropriate therapeutic regimens and make referrals to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
