This Physical Therapist role focuses on providing outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. Whether in a patient's private residence or a room within an independent living facility, Powerback Rehabilitation To You allows you to evaluate and treat in the most functional environment: the patient's home. You will assess needs, develop, and deliver physical therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Your work will involve instructing and training patients and caregivers in skills essential for promoting independence, directing activities to maintain health, and collaborating with other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
